About Deon Cavender:

Deon has been my first point of contact in my quest to start travel nursing. I was very hesitant at first with lots of questions and uncertainty’s but Deon has been very calm, understanding and making this change less daunting. She understands my preferences and sends options my way that meet those needs. I highly reccommend working with Deon if you are starting out your travel nursing career, she’s like the momma bear making sure her cubs are well taken care of and finds the right fit for us.

About Deon Cavender:

I have been working with Deon for multiple contracts and from day one she has made it her mission to match me to assignments that fit the needs of my family and myself. She has always been proactive in getting assignment details to me and submitting me as soon as contracts become available. I have come to view her as not just my recruiter but also a valued friend. What I love about Deon is her problem-solving ability and her understanding of travel nurses. She would go way beyond her "call of duty" to find you a job that you prefer. She answers calls and texts promptly, mostly within an hour.

Deon is a great listener and truly understands the clients' questions and specifics about travel nursing. She is very kind and caring and compassionate. I have been at my current job as an ICU RN and will be entering my 28th year come March of 2024. I have been very reluctant to change and am in a comfort zone but know it is the time in my life to make change. Deon clearly understood my feelings and assured me that there would be no worry and that she would wait for my decision to start traveling after so many years in one place. She made the process as smooth for me as possible in regards to establishing a profile with TNAA. She is a great recruiter and by no means pressured me into making the decision too quickly. I look forward to partnering with her in the near future once Spring of 2024 arrives
