About Mary McNiel:

I thought a recruiter’s job was completed once she found you an assignment. Frankly, I was grateful for that alone! Mary was efficient, helpful and on her A game with every interaction. She was also very gracious with my indecisiveness as it was a very difficult time in my life. What puts Mary over the top as an outstanding recruiter is her genuine dedication to me as a client. She checked in on me weekly. Responded to texts and emails lightening fast! And when I took a permanent position at a local hospital, she continued to shoot me a “how are ya?” Text to this day! Who does that?! Mary does. I want everyone to have Mary as their recruiter. She should train every recruiter to do what she does! My plan is to travel again in a few years and I’m hoping Mary will be there for me. She’s amazing at her job!

Mary has been the most supportive and honest recruiter that I have ever had. She is great with communication and answering any questions that I may have along the way. If she doesn’t know the answer she spends her time directing me in the right place to figure it out. I am so thankful that I had Mary from the beginning. She was great with me as a new traveler and she is still awesome.
