My experience with Desiree was exceptionally good. Desiree embraced my file like no other. Desiree pushed so hard that i actually got an interview and it actually went really well. Desiree helped me prepare with important and valuable tips before the interview. However it didn't stop there. Right after the interview she continue to work with me and even forwarded me a thank you letter for the interviewer.
Her knowledge of the field is great, she knows how to perfectly match the assignments according to your skill set and she actually goes beyond because she actually believes that even if it does't full match your skill set that it never hurts to try. I loved that!

This review pertains to Kate Van Valkenburg. When I first spoke with Kate she was friendly and personable. When I expressed my interest in a position, she responded promptly. I informed her I applied for that particular position with another company who would not submit my profile due to the absence of one of the numerous areas that the facility required. She was supportive and enthusiastic and was more than willing to submit my profile as I have many years of experience and other specialty credentials. The facility did offer me a position with a specific start date, and I accepted. She inquired if I had any specific questions about the contract or anything else that she could answer. When she was unable to offer an answer, she proactively sought out to find information. Unfortunately, the facility made a change to the start date, which I was not pleased with being a month out. Nevertheless, she demonstrated great understanding and advocated for my original start date with her superiors. It is evident that Kate is professional and transparent, as she went above and beyond to ensure that my entire onboarding process is efficient and stress-free.
Kate is very pleasant to talk to and very professional. Kate got back to me right away when I applied for my job, and always messaged me right back. Kate takes really good care of me :)
Jill is very well-versed in the travel nurse world and knows how to troubleshoot, problem solve, and advocate for her nurses. She fights for good rates, follows up efficiently on submissions, and provides excellent communication with her nurses. I would recommend to other nurses!
