About Me

I have worked in the executive search business with a focus on information technology since 1997; the majority of this experience was gained on the agency side. However, a brief stint as a corporate recruiter with a global financial firm provided me with insight into the recruiting function from the client's side. Thus, I consider myself an agency recruiter with a corporate recruiter mindset.

I truly have a passion for recruiting and derive great personal satisfaction in bringing together employees and employers. While it would be extremely challenging to remain in constant contact with every candidate, I treat all my candidates with respect and encourage them to reach out to me on a regular basis.

I work with a core group of clients and am familiar with their individual corporate cultures as well as their technical environments; thus I am able to accurately represent them to candidates, and vice versa. I am constantly working towards providing a pipeline of candidates to my clients, especially for those hard-to-find skillsets. In addition, although many of my clients reside in the NY Metropolitan area, I've placed candidates nationally as well as internationally.

In 2012 I founded Bridge Search Associates, "Connecting the Best with the Best". In 2017, I merged Bridge Search with The McIntyre Group.
