Founded in 1984 by Helen MacKinnon, an executive with extensive technical and managerial experience in the computer industry, TCI initially focused on serving clients in Southern California within the software development field. I have worked with Cindi both on the employer side and as a candidate. When I was a candidate she understood the kind of opportunities I was looking for and understood my qualifications. She sent me on appropriate interviews. I ultimately did get an offer, though I ended up going a different direction. As an employer, Cindi sent me highly qualified candidates and have hired two people that she sent to me and a third was a second choice. She did a good job of asking me about the positions and sending me only those people who seemed to be a good fit.
Scott helped me land my first technical project manager job, getting me started on my career in ecommerce. He also helped my girlfriend find a great job. We both stayed at those jobs for over 5 years which is a testament to how Scott ensures placements that last.
