I had my first scheduled virtual meeting with Ben. Needless to say, I was quite nervous before the meeting, but seeing Mr. Ben so cheerful and patient made me feel at ease and calmed my nerves down. He explained each of the steps that i would have to take in order to have a smooth transition in between my applications and answered all of my questions in detail.
