I have worked with quite a few recruiters over the course of my career and have a feel for how this process works and what to expect from a recruiter. James has been one of the best recruiters I have worked with in that he follows up quickly, is easy to talk with. Some recruiters will make promises about positions they cannot keep, but this hasn't been the case with James.
