He called when he said he would, worked to understand where I am at in my job search and what I was looking for before explaining the role. Then I followed up with him at the end of the week over text to check in and he responded right away. He's been a pleasure to work with so far.

James was great to talk with about the possible position. Once my resume was submitted to the organization, they did not opt to go forward with me as a candidate, but James kept me informed in a timely manner every step of the way, as well as asked for clarification from the organization on their decision. Ultimately, they chose not to disclose further, but that is out of James' hands. My interaction with James has been wholly positive, and I look forward to perhaps working with him again for a future position, should one matching my experience and interests come along.
