Overall the conversation went really great, and I appreciated that he asked clarifying questions and was able to speak to what the potential job opportunity would look like. As I am looking for a job, it is frustrating how many recruiters don't spend even 10 minutes trying to learn about who I am as a candidate, or what value I can bring to a client. James did a great job at making me feel like those wants were met.
