Honestly, the position I spoke with Aazam about was so fitting with my background, and the conversation with Aazam was so fluid yet unexpected, that I started thinking this must surely be too good to be true. About Suresh Hiteshi:

The thing I liked about Suresh is he looked at my entire resume as a whole and asked a lot of questions about all positions I have held. I think this was done so he would be prepared should the hiring manager have any questions for him. It definitely showed he prepared for future conversations. No other recruiter I have dealt with has done this. I even told my wife I felt like he was interviewing me which is GREAT. Shows he will represent me well with the hiring manager.
