The thing I liked about Suresh is he looked at my entire resume as a whole and asked a lot of questions about all positions I have held. I think this was done so he would be prepared should the hiring manager have any questions for him. It definitely showed he prepared for future conversations. No other recruiter I have dealt with has done this. I even told my wife I felt like he was interviewing me which is GREAT. Shows he will represent me well with the hiring manager.
