I have talked with several recruiters about contract positions and they have sent me the Right to Represent paperwork without explaining what it is. They also pressured me to commit to it while I was on the phone with them, which felt like they were pressuring me into signing something without reading it first. Kyle was the first recruiter who explained the Right to Represent to me, and gave me time to read through it before committing. Kyle also gave me useful feedback on my resume, and let me ask some generic questions about how her job works.
