A company who's mission is to enable African Americans to secure economic self-reliance, parity and power, and civil rights is looking for a Housing Counselor to join their team! This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA. One Saturday a month will be allocated to perform a community workshop.

This is a 2 year contract assignment!

Housing Counselor Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive housing counseling services in 1-on-1 sessions and group education counseling sessions
• Review and explain credit reports to the client along with associated legal rights
• Develop an Action Plan in conjunction with client to meet client goals and objectives
• Perform outreach and community workshops

Housing Counselor Requirements:

• Must have a HUD Certified Housing Counselor Certificate
• Must be fully COVID vaccinated
• Associates Degree Preferred
