About Amy Higgins:

I really enjoyed talking to Amy about my experience & job history. She's very personable and makes you feel very comfortable, which was great as I hadn't had an interview in many years. Amy let me know what the employer was specifically looking for and set up an interview with them immediately. She was great through the entire process and in the end I was hired.

About Amy Higgins:

I can’t complain about Amy but I am very disappointed with the benefits offered especially since I have a 6 month contract. The dental is an absolute joke, for $20/mo I can go online a plan and find a real plan. Your plan has a $500 max which is nothing in the dental world and a waiting period beyond my contract. Why even offer dental? These benefits are so bad don’t be surprised if I have to find a different job. I can’t wait a year for dental coverage.

Amy is true blessing!! She is pleasant and busy as hell I don’t know how she so nice and I know her work load is heavy. I know she employing like 100 but it feels like your her only client!!! That lady is amazing and efficient!!! I called about a specific job and I believe they were about to give up lol but she got me in !! And this is the best company I’ve ever been with in my call center history!!!!!! I’m confident I’ll be permanent, but if not I have faith she’s going to get me what I want !!!!! I’ve told everyone leave ya job Amy got you you don’t have to be treated like that !!!! Amy got you!!!!!! She got me a job but she got me peace of mind that can’t be rated !!!! Many blessings to Amy !!! I had a job that was crap I left on a Wednesday Amy had me working Monday!!!!!! I can go on and about her walking me through step by step when I needed it. I beleeove the woman working past her shift lol just to make sure we good and paid!!! Don’t loose Amy promote her!!!!!! Amy need a thank you hug and a raise :)
