Pay: $22-24/hr Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

As an Administrative Logistics Clerk, you will be responsible for: • Processing invoices accurately and efficiently • Filing documents within the company's system to ensure organized record-keeping • Handling billing and payment processing to support financial operations • Answering inbound phone calls from vendors, drivers, and team members • Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks to support daily logistics activities

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: • 1-3 years minimum experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in logistics or transportation • Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office programs • Experience processing payments and invoices • A High School diploma or equivalent
