Wes assisted me in thoroughly defining my skillset and communicating what the client was looking for. He helped me solidify my confidence in myself through his own.
I arrived for my interview completely prepared and my interview was great. The client, unfortunantly for me, decided to go with another applicant and Wes debriefed me as soon as he spoke with the client and relayed their positive feedback in declining my application, they felt they just "clicked" with the other candidate better.
