Wes assisted me in thoroughly defining my skillset and communicating what the client was looking for. He helped me solidify my confidence in myself through his own. I arrived for my interview completely prepared and my interview was great. The client, unfortunantly for me, decided to go with another applicant and Wes debriefed me as soon as he spoke with the client and relayed their positive feedback in declining my application, they felt they just "clicked" with the other candidate better. About Mark Kleven:

Mark contacted me about a full-time job opportunity. I advised him I was not looking to make a full-time move but would be open to part-time work. About a month later, he contacted me about another full-time opportunity just checking in with me. He said he felt it was a great fit for me. I agreed to talk to his client (even though I was not looking to make a full-time move) and ended up leaving my current position and starting full-time employment with his client. It was a great move for me and I am so glad and thankful for Mark contacting me and keeping me in mind.
