I have not worked a contract with Joan yet, but we were in constant communication for getting submitted to a contract. In the midst, Joan was extremely communicative and was quick to respond. She was very respectful and understanding to the situation at hand. When the time is right, I would love to work an actual contract with her because I know I would be in good hands.
