From the start, Jeffrey has been amazing! He frequently, but not annoyingly, checks-in and is always there to answer my many, many questions. I recently started working with Lauren, she’s been great and communicates well with me. She even made sure someone else was available while she had a few days off. I was able to get an extension with the current facility I’m at, and we didn’t have to push for it, everything aligned.
