I was a travel nurse for 20 years give or take. During that time I worked with a few different recruiters but when I found Lindsay along the way I stayed with her. She is excellent at her job, professional able to give details and answer questions. Follows up whenever there's any kind of issues whether it be housing, whether it be any kind of other issue concern question along the way whether you're on the road traveling, whether there's an issue in the workplace or sudden changes such as when the fires hit in California and you're on an assignment that has to suddenly change. She assists with any housing or any other areas of concern even if it is not under her immediate area of the assignment. I found that I could always count on her if I needed anything at all. Honestly I don't know how she does all that she does do. She is so organized so professional and makes everything seem so easy. There is just no words I could ever express of being a nurse out in the field anywhere in the country but just to say that if there's ever an issue or anything whatsoever you can count on Lindsay to be there to help you. She knows the ins and outs of every aspect of helping The Traveler such as myself. Her attitude and knowledge is phenomenal, can't be topped. I've had some other recruiters but absolutely none of them compare with Lindsay. I cannot say enough good about her. And I am a seasoned registered nurse with many many years of experience as well as military experience.
Lindsay was the most amazing Recruiter! Always followed through with every task, checked on her nurses and was proficient in every assignment requested and hired! I couldn’t have started this journey or made it through the COVID crisis without her! She is a rock and look forward to many more contracts to sign with her!

Lindsay has always been helpful and understanding to my needs and desires in a job assignment. She looks out for me and explains things in a way I can understand. I can ask her about anything and if it’s not in her area, she always finds the person who has the answer. I highly recommend her!

Lindsey has always kept me Informed on positions avail, even when I had to take a contract with another company. She kept in contact to let me know what was available and when. She would also let me know when she would be out of office and who would be covering for her
It has been a great experience working with Stability healthcare. I have been a Travel nurse since 2017 and have traveled with many companies but this has been one of the best!
