About Tyler Rostad:

Working with Tyler Rostad at SRG has been an exceptional experience. In an industry where recruiters often push volume over fit, Tyler stands out for his deep market knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine advocacy for his candidates. He took the time to understand my background in biopharma operations and quality compliance, kept communication transparent throughout the process, and landed me a major interview quickly. If you are a life sciences professional looking for an advocate who actually delivers results, I cannot recommend Tyler and the SRG team highly enough

About Tyler Rostad:

Tyler reached out with a great job opportunity via LinkedIn. He was prompt in response to my message indicating my interest. He quickly arranged for a call - explained job role, shared JD and referred me to his colleague Pat in the same day. Spoke with Pat. They are in process of submitting my resume to the client leadership. Looking forward to hearing about updates. Overall, Tyler was great to work with.

About Tyler Rostad:

After the interview did not provide any feedback. I called him for update many many times but kept ghosting me! Very poor and unprofessional. What if the candidate ghosts you guys then received an offer???!! Let's build a better community out there for the future generation on trust and compassion.
