Cole is understanding and always follows up in a timely manner. He takes my wants and needs into consideration when searching for contracts. Cole also passes along any concerns I have while on contract to his superiors and makes sure I know I’m supported.

About Cole Mitchelson:

Cole is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I was unfamiliar with Squad, so I reached out to other agents first. Because of that, he's a little behind in the process of job hunting with me. He follows up well, is supportive, and doesn't pester. It would be nice if I could just download and send over my Kamana or Relias checklists to you without completely going over them again for every agency, but whatever. I still don't have the experience to say much about Squad Staffing, but Cole has been excellent so far!
