Job Title: Industrial Facilities Cleaner – Manufacturing

Location: Shelton, WA  Schedule: Swing Shift 3pm to 1130pm Mon to Fri or Graveyard 11pm to 730 am Sunday to Fri Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hr We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Facilities Cleaner to help keep our manufacturing environment clean and safe. This role includes both light and heavy janitorial duties, conducting facility audits, and assisting with operational tasks. You will also support pellet mill and packaging operators as needed. As an Industrial Facilities Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

• Performing light and heavy janitorial duties in a manufacturing facility
• Conducting regular facility audits and report hazards, repair needs, and opportunities for improvements
• Serving as back-up for pellet mill and/or packaging operators when required
• Assisting with preventive maintenance duties
• Performing other tasks as needed to support operations

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of production line experience in an industrial setting preferred
• Good hand, eye, and foot coordination
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods and multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 7 hours per day
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
