As a Logistics Coordinator you will be the operational backbone of our supply chain. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire flow of goods, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do As a Logistics Coordinator

• Shipment Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments (LTL, FTL, Parcel) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Carrier Management: Communicate and negotiate with freight brokers, carriers, and third party  providers to secure favorable rates and service levels.

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, process, and file all necessary shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), commercial invoices, and customs paperwork, ensuring full compliance with regulations.

• Tracking & Tracing: Proactively track shipments, provide real-time updates to stakeholders, and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or issues that arise during transit.

• Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy aligns with shipping schedules.

• System Management: Utilize logistics software (TMS, WMS, ERP) to input data, generate reports, and optimize logistical procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

• experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation coordination, or a related field.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business is a plus.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using logistics or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

• Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify issues and implement quick solutions.
