Temporary Receptionist – Toledo, OR
Pay: $17.00/hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: 4 monthWe are seeking a reliable and organized Temporary Receptionist to support Toledo's Senior and Disability Services (SDS) programs. This role provides essential front-desk support and performs a variety of clerical tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Reception Support (30–70%) – Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone calls, distribute EBT cards, manage incoming mail, and maintain reception security.
Case Management Assistance (40%) – Process print/mail requests, assist with HCW applications, monitor PPE inventory, and deliver mail as needed.
Calendar & Document Management (20%) – Maintain internal Outlook calendars, prepare mail, and manage secure emails.
Other Duties – Perform additional clerical tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, office equipment, and multi-line phones.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher.
Valid Oregon Driver’s License or reliable transportation.
