I've known Ms. Lupe for a long time now. It would take a while to talk about our professional journey here at SNS. What I can share is...Ms. Lupe is an extremely kind and professional person. Ms. Lupe will go above and beyond for Nurses who are serious about working and representing themselves as well as SNS. Ms. Lupe will make calls to do her best to get you work. If you have ANY concerns, she will do her best to address your concerns in a timely manner. She's very Knowledgable and informative. Ms. Lupe is about her business when it comes to doing her job, so if you're a nurse who's about your business, then you will enjoy working with her and establishing a great professional rapport. Ms. Lupe is genuinely sweet with superb customer service skills. She seems even more happier when she knows her Nurses are happy. That's just from my observation. As Nurses, we need people who are pleasant, HONEST, and cares about their staff. I can honestly say, Ms. Lupe understands this as she demonstrates this through day to day interaction. Travel or Per Diem, Ms. Lupe is there to help and make sure things go as smooth as possible, I love this about her as well. It's a pleasure working with Ms. Lupe and the entire team here at Secure Nursing Services. And Yes I'm a real RN writing this review.
