Therese saved the day! This is how she earns my rating as a great recruiter. Early this morning on 10/22/24 at 4:25am, my car had a flat tire, and me having a tire inflation kit would not resolved the problem as it was in the wee hours of the morning, and all auto shops were closed in the Palm Springs area. And I would have been very late for my RN 0700am assignment in a hospital in East Los Angeles even if the Triple A Technician replaced the flat tire with a spare. In addition, although work commenced at 0600am for Triple A Technicians, the assigned Technician to resolve my flat tire issue came an hour late at 0700am. In the interim,Therese had successfully arranged for another RN to replace me. I applaud her for her spontaneity and great foresight. It was an epic move on her part to juggle so well as to provide another RN to the hospital’s ICU as they had a deficit in nursing staff. Kudos to Therese for a job well-performed.
