Cory sets the standard of how interviews should go. There are many recruiters these days that leave you feeling rushed, don't answer all of your questions and seem to be just collecting information before they need to quickly move on to the next person. The interviews with Cory have more of a connected feel where I felt we speak with clarity, understanding job roles, experiences and future desires. Sometimes it can feel that technical recruiters are becoming a lost art as I speak to them through my journey of finding new work. Cory's methods and practices remind me that there are still professionals where recruiting seems to be their second nature.
