Michael is a wonderful recruiter. He understood my needs as a nurse and worked really heard to secure travel assignments for me. Michael Goodman is a caring and conscientious recruiter who always strives to balance the needs of the client (district) with the needs of the employee (me) with the needs of the company (Protocol). Michael has always taken my concerns to heart. He's been completely transparent of the realities of every situation and has fought for me to acquire what is reasonably fair and equitable for all parties within the terms of the contract. I work in Nuclear Medicine and I never had any recruiter work as diligently as Michael has. I was impressed how efficient and quick he was so I could start working. He has always been very kind, personable and available if I had any questions. He was always very helpful. I missed him when he started working for a new company! Honestly I felt a little lost. He’s the best I ever met in the field. If you are lucky enough to meet him he will help you find that job you’ve always been looking for.
