Nothing wrong with Joe, he did his work fine. The problem is with how the companies hires through the online tests. They don't look at the code written, just the results. If you fail some test cases (that could be easily fixed through debug, something they don't provide) you're out. Overall Joe was committed to my appliance to the role and provided more than one way for me to show my skills. It's an awesome recruiter.
