About Alex Kramer:

Alex was knowledgeable and had a great energy. It didn’t hurt he was also from the 215 area as I was born and raised there - we instantly hit it off. The thing that set Alex apart was that he stayed in contact and never left me wondering where we were in the process. I’m Not sure when the recruiting industry decided that ghosting was a good business practice, but it happens far far too often.
