Prodigy Resources has been my professional home for a little over 3 years, where I have been doing Techincal Recruiting the entire time, loving everyone second of it! I am a father to two young boys (ages 3 and 1), and husband to my amazing wife who is an operating room nurse. We call Asheville, NC home now, but I have lived in Denver, West Palm Beach, and Boston (my home town) as well.

Why I love to recruit
I love matching candidates up to a dream job and feel very fulfilled working from start to finish within the hiring process

About David Beckerman:

David was extremely personable and explained client needs thoroughly. He also asked what I was looking for contract, contract to hire or direct hire .? We agreed I checked off most of what client is looking for in a candidate. I went on to explain I prefer non-profit since I have a number of years in that sector. However am open to private sector and federal government consulting. David is wonderful and I appreciated him making this experience an awesome one!

David is easy to very work with. He found a position, presented me to the prospective employer, and I have already had my first interview. David is very timely communicating with me which is refreshing. Some recruiters have either not responded to questions I've asked or have taken so long that I felt "ghosted." I feel like I have a friend in my corner helping me land my next job.
