I can truly not say enough good things about Charlene. As a first time traveler getting started can be very overwhelming. Charlene made my entire process as smooth as possible. She advocated for me, was always one step ahead, and was in constant communication to keep me well informed. Not only is she so good at her job, she is also the kindest human! I feel so lucky to get to work with her. I cannot tell her thank you enough for all she’s done and continues to do for me.

About Charlene Bartels:

Especially as first time travelers, we couldn't have asked for a better recruiter. As a traveling couple in complete opposite specialities, we have not made it easy on her. However, we have never felt pressured, rushed, like we're a burden for all our questions, or that we couldn't reach out to her for anything! Real icing on the cake is I feel like she cares about us as people, not just another client number. One example was when my husband and I were very sick during our first assignment, she sent tea and a card in the mail to help us feel better. Although we're new to the traveling world, I'm positive that is surpassing the standard. Really impressed with her and really enjoy the company so far!
