My name is Austin and I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. Being from the Cleveland area I grew up an avid Cleveland sports fan. I graduated from Kent State University (Go Flashes!) in 2019 and just recently moved to Columbus, OH to join the Pluto Healthcare team in early 2021. Being able to be a part of such an amazing city like Columbus, and company like Pluto, has made for a great transition into this chapter of my life. I love my role as a recruiter because I get a chance to work with amazing healthcare workers who make an impact each and every day.

Why I love to recruit
My favorite aspect of recruiting is the challenge and competitiveness of the Industry. I enjoy speaking with nurses daily who all have different stories, interests, and goals. Being able to help people from start to finish reach their goals is such an amazing feeling. It is my mission to make each and every one of my travelers feel heard, valued, and excited about their assignment from the moment of their offer to the very last day!

About Austin Morgan:

From day 1 Austin has listened to me and what I look for in a contract. I was referred to him by one of my nurse friends and he definitely doesn't disappoint. He checks in just the right amount to make sure all is well. Any issues he gets on them right away. I'm almost done with my first contract and extending at the facility I'm currently at and he was able to get a raise and other good benefits! I have referred to others and will continue to.
