Liz has been a ray of sun shine in my profession. She has always been compassionate and hard driven in finding job offers for me. She has been professional and attentive to all my needs in job selections. But most of all she has always had a personal affection for all her nurses. She has stood behind me when I needed support and always there when I needed her. She has been my go to person on many issues even if it wasn’t her problem she was there to provide support to fix it. I’m proud to call her my friend and my favorite recruiter. She is truly the reason I love being a travel nurse.

I started with Liz while I was in NYC in 2020. My recruiter at the time had resigned and Liz was welcoming from the beginning of our relationship. She always made sure to listen to my needs for each job assignment as my partner also travels for work and we have a young daughter. Liz worked tirelessly to ensure assignments that fit my desired shift and hours per week. Liz was also phenomenal if I ever had issues during an assignment when pertaining to a hospital system not adhering to the contract agreement (this only happened once). She has offered friendship as well because life on the road can be difficult! I always refer nurses to Liz who have a desire to travel.

Liz was my first ever recruiter for my first ever assignment as a travel nurse. She was/is the very best of the best. She’s always able to level with me about what my needs and boundaries as a traveler so much so that after having having her as my recruiter I never went to any other agency because she could always meet my needs. She’s the definition of exceptional, understanding, and patient.
