About Caitie (Heinrich) Poggione:

Caitie became my recruiter after I started my first contract. I was a little nervous about getting someone new starting the my first contract with Pioneer but she has been AMAZING! I feel like I can talk to her about my wants and needs and she is going to do whatever she can to help me find the perfect fit for me! I will definitely be taking contracts with Pioneer in the future because of Caitie.

Caitie has been a joy to work with. As a first time traveler, I was nervous about the entire process. Caitie was able to explain every aspect of traveling thoroughly and answered any questions I had. She is very knowledgeable and always responds in a timely manner. Caitie is very easy to talk to and made this process much easier than I initially expected. She checks in frequently which makes me feel like I am not alone in the process of finding the most appropriate assignment.
