About Brooke Klema:

Brooke was excellent in assisting me find employment. Her communication skills are excellent. In my experience, there were 2 positions that I potentially would be considered for by the employer. One position was higher pay than the other. Brooke also made sure to point that out to me prior to interviewing as well as explaining that the decision would be made by employer. She was extremely friendly, easy to talk too and provided all the information I needed promptly. I was also offered and accepted employment as a result of her help.

Be more understanding that although you have a job to fulfill there is a life outside of it where tragedies do happen. Understanding that with certain things comes other things along the line & it would just be nice to have an understanding instead of seeming like you are in the wrong for something that was way beyond your control
