About Michelle Pruitt:

Michelle discerned from my experience that the role for which I applied may not be in my salary range and that I am likely qualified for more senior positions within Quanta. We had an excellent discussion regarding my experience and my needs and she explained that, with your relationship with Quanta, it would be best to let them see my experience and interview me...get that "foot in the door", that they've found more senior roles for people once they meet them. I didn't feel like "she just wants my foot in the door to be another number", but that she will work with the client ahead of time and see if there are other needs at Quanta that Peoplelink can fill through hiring me. Great job!
