I think Shasta has been doing great trying to get me in the door for a job she reached to me about! For the past few weeks recruiters were sending emails/messages that felt very “copy/paste.” What made Shasta stand out when she first reached out was using my past work history as examples for why I would be a great fit. It made me feel like she genuinely read my resume/work history instead of the typical copy/paste recruiter message. Even if I do not receive an offer, I think Shasta has been awesome to work wirh! I would definitely follow up with her for other opportunities.
