About Shasta Martens:

She made this a good experience for me and not once did I feel uncomfortable or awkward. She conversed with me like a friend would do and treated me with dignity and respect. I was blown away by the fact that she goes out and learns the positions she's filling and knows how to explain what you would be doing. Just absolutely amazes me it makes me want to be part of your team. Thank you Shasta for a good experience I really appreciate it.

I was applying for a job I thought I would be fit for and she broke the job done to what it was and what I would be doing if I took the job . She fit my skills in there and helped me see it wasn’t the right job for for my skill set. Being able to communicate and understand my skill set made things simple and fast. Over All ten out of ten experience.
