Valerie seems to be on top of providing everything you need to get started..She is very direct as to letting you know that you been to complete something and get it back directly..She therefore follows her clients thru the whole process . It's just the waiting after everything is complete which need to be followed up with the cluent be follow..We need to know where we are in the process.
