I don't believe anything else could have been different. Shasta was very pleasant to meet, and truly helpful to my needs and used my skill set to try and place me in a place of quality, instead of simply placing me on availability. Which I truly appreciated. Sadly I haven't been placed yet due a time conflict, but not on her, that's on me. Grateful to have met and hopefully will again.

She made this a good experience for me and not once did I feel uncomfortable or awkward. She conversed with me like a friend would do and treated me with dignity and respect. I was blown away by the fact that she goes out and learns the positions she's filling and knows how to explain what you would be doing. She fit my skills in there and helped me see it wasn’t the right job for for my skill set. Being able to communicate and understand my skill set made things simple and fast.
