Laurie and Patti are amazing! They have helped me as much as they can. Now whoever does payroll I am not happy. I worked for people in 2004 for 2 weeks. So 18 years later I took a job offer and they pulled child support out of my paycheck for my son that is now 21 and I do not owe child support. Laurie and Patti are doing everything they can to help me. They should not be responsible for this. I should not have to go out of my way to get a paper from the court so peoplelink won't take it out of my next check. I am being told the court should send peoplelink a termination paper. The child support office said that people link has been told they can not use an old garnishment order and it would be impossible for them to send a termination paper to every place someone has worked. It's a waste of my time and your company's time doing this. I now have to try to find this paper or go pay for copies of my divorce papers from the court. Plus no one can tell me when I will get the money back that I worked for that someone had withheld from my check that should have known you can not pull on an old garnishment. My wife spent all day on the phone Wednesday trying to get this taken care of before she had to wake me up and tell me. If the right person would have just called her back this mess would have never happened. This is as nice as I can put it. I am sorry Laurie has to deal with this. I can not even express how I feel about this.
