Kelly has provided me with clear insight regarding the location and driving distance from home. She discussed the type of company/industry the job entails, the owner/manager whom I will be meeting or speaking with and the skills needed to fill the position. In addition, Kelly is proactive by sending reminders regarding interviews, specifics such as who calls who at what time, she provides followup phone calls to keep in touch, and asks for feedback to help her track the progress of hopefully filling the position for the client. Communication is key for both the agency and all clients involved. Kelly has the perfect personality to work with clients.
