Maddie is amazing. She is available- she returns calls and emails in a timely manner, is always a pleasure to talk to, and is knowledgeable. I know I can count on Maddie to get me the job I want and quickly. She works well with the team. Maddie is the perfect mix of patience and responsiveness. I had shown interest in NuWest a while back and was on an email list. I received emails but was already in a contract and not actively looking. Maddie was patient and never pushy with finding me a contract. When a position came open in my home state I immediately emailed her and she responded within the hour. Communication was clear and concise and by the end of the next business day I was signing a contract. To me that is recruiter perfection. An added bonus she is just a cheerful ray of sunshine.
