Kelsey was helpful and able to provide detailed answers to the questions I posed on the phone; she was also positive and enjoyable to talk to, and it seemed clear that she cares about making successful matches between employers and candidates. The only issue with the process I encountered was unrelated to Kelsey; the link for submitting references that I was sent via email did not work, despite multiple attempts.
