About Matt Vavala:

Matt has so far been a clear communicator, and definitely understood how to pivot when one of the roles he had considered for me was not quite the right fit. I also appreciate that he was able to read between the lines in my experience and work history and see that I have applicable experience to a role he was looking at, despite the fact that I haven't held that exact role previously.
