Madison reached out about a position, she explained it and was very open to seeing if it was the right fit for me. I was interested in the company and did the interview which was great! I successfully passed the round, keeping her advice in mind. But after learning a bit more about the company and role from the manager I decided not to continue with the company. Madison was completely understanding and open to finding me a better suited role for me. She has been welcoming and accommodating from the start.
