Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting because I genuinely love people!!! Whether it's taking the time to learn about what a clinician values and finding an assignment that matches their skill set and vision or it's listening to a clinician's heart while they're on assignment and helping them troubleshoot whatever it is they're experiencing, it ALL matters to me and helps me realize that the intention and love that I pour into what I do is met with purpose every single day, and there is nothing more meaningful and precious to my heart than feeling like I've made a difference.

When I'm not working I like to
When I'm not working I like to do things that help build emotional intelligence (reading books, listening to podcasts, etc.), play piano, sing, dance, cook, spend time outdoors, and surround myself with people who bring me JOY (including my cat and dog).
