Kelley is amazing. I am on my second extension of my very first contract and she has been there every step of the way. She has gone above and beyond her duties, including answering me on off hours. She is always prompt to reply and get me an answer or to discuss my trepidations. She has made my transition from a permanent position of over ten years to the travel industry a smooth one. Thank you Kelley. She deserves a raise for sure, as I imagine it’s difficult dealing with travelers. A++++++++
