Her quickness to submit me for jobs when other recruiters were dragging their feet meant that I was signed to a contract before my notice was up with my permanent job! Amazing! My other recruiter who I have worked with in the past was quite upset when I told her but I explained that while you were waiting for my references still, Rachel had already submitted and set up an interview.
